Device overheating message

Hi, I'm running my FPGA 1.15b + experimental board 1.3 on Linux.

I was able to upload the firmware to eeprom with the following command:

the ihx i've got from btcminer, because I wasn't able to find it in the Download package offered in the download area. if its there, please advise me

then I tried to run it as:

  java -cp ~/ZtexBTCMiner-121126.jar BTCMiner -host "http://mint.bitminter.com:8332" -u foo -p bar -d 0

if i set the BTCMiner parameter -oh to 1.0 I don't get the CRC error but the frequency goes down like:
